Indiana is investing in the future of rural health. Through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), eligible physicians can receive up to $300,000 over five years for committing their full-time clinical practice to a designated rural community. This initiative strengthens access to care, supports rural providers, and helps close critical workforce gaps across the state.
If you’re a dedicated physician ready to make a lasting impact, apply by 5 p.m. EST July 20: APPLICATION LINK. Join us in transforming health outcomes for Indiana’s rural communities.
