Reach and Read Indiana
As pediatricians, we know that a child's health is about much more than physical growth. The earliest years of life are critical for brain development, language acquisition, social-emotional health, and the lifelong relationships that shape a child's future. That is why the Indiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics is proud to support Reach Out and Read Indiana. Reading aloud with young children strengthens the parent-child bond, builds language and early literacy
